Preheat oven to 375°F
Place chicken in a glass dish or plastic bag. Combine remaining marinade ingredients. Pour into dish or bag and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat olive oil in braising pan over medium heat. Brown chicken for 2 minutes per side. Remove from pan, set aside.
Add next 7 ingredients to pan. Cook until onions start to soften.
Place chicken with juices on top of vegetable mixture. Add chicken broth and a pinch of salt, top with desired drizzle of sriracha.
Cover and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Pray it tastes good.
