Although challenging, we hope it keeps us fit into our golden years. We are not hard core hikers but prefer the day trip excursions. If we find find a loop trail between 2 and 6 miles, that is our preference. Nothing warms our heart quicker than seeing two elders on the trail holding hands as if they just met.
