A few years ago I got “into” craft beer. I looked forward to finding places that offered flights of beer so that I could sample multiple styles. I slowly learned that my favorites were in the Stout family. Further “research” proved Porter to be my go to beer. I finally landed on Baltic Porter as the top of my list, especially the ones that look a lot like motor oil. I’ll cover some of my favorites in later posts, but along the way I found this little gem, Pabst Blue Ribbon Hard Coffee (not a sponsor). My friends know that I love chocolate and like it in everything from drinks to hot sauce. Some people describe this malt beverage as an adult Yoohoo. And that description is spot on. It’s a 5% beverage with a little caffeine kick. Although it tastes like dessert, I wouldn’t save it for late evening unless you are the type of person who drinks coffee before bed. 

And be careful, these go down very easy, and I don’t want to be blamed for anything that comes to pass. Always drink responsibility.
